CELEBRATE IMBOLC
Imbolc is a festival celebrating the return of light and the awakening of the earth. It marks the midpoint between winter and spring, inviting renewal, healing, and creative inspiration. Imbolc honours the goddess Brigid, embodying fertility, transformation, and creativity. This time of year is about cleansing, clearing, and setting intentions as we prepare for the growth ahead.

Traditionally, rituals at Imbolc include lighting candles to welcome the returning sun, purifying sacred spaces, and creating Brigid’s crosses for protection and blessings. It’s a moment to reflect on what is emerging in our lives and to connect with our inner wisdom, creativity, and purpose. Imbolc is a celebration of both nature's cycles and our own potential for growth, healing, and new beginnings.
90 minute SOUND BATH
Experience the transformative power of sound at our longer Imbolc Sound Bath, a celebration of renewal and rebirth. As the earth stirs from its winter slumber, this immersive sound journey will guide you into a space of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Drawing on the energies of Brigid, the goddess of creativity, healing, and new beginnings, we will harmonise with the awakening rhythms of nature.
Through the healing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, voice and sacred drums, you’ll be invited to release stagnant energy, restore balance, and ignite your inner light. Just as Imbolc marks a time for setting intentions and nurturing new growth, this sound bath will help you connect with your highest potential and creative flow.
Join me to align with the seasonal shift, clear energetic blockages, and welcome the light of possibility into your life. This is a sacred space for introspection, healing, and the blossoming of your true essence.
BREATHWORK & GONG BATH
Breathwork, a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery, offers profound benefits by allowing us to connect more deeply with our inner selves. During a breathwork session, controlled breathing patterns help to release stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages stored within the body. As oxygen flows more freely, a sense of mental clarity and heightened awareness can emerge, guiding participants into a state of calm and grounding. Breathwork also stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation, restoring balance, and enhancing emotional resilience. Whether practised for physical healing or spiritual connection, breathwork can open pathways to a greater sense of inner peace.

Following breathwork with a gong sound bath amplifies the experience by weaving together the expansive frequencies of the gong with the natural energy flow already established. The powerful, resonant vibrations of the gongs provide a grounding force, reconnecting participants to the earth while enhancing their connection to spirit. Gong bathing creates a safe, meditative space where the mind can drift, and the body can fully integrate the healing effects of the breathwork. This combination allows for a transformative journey, merging the cosmic resonance of the gongs with the stillness of the soul, offering a sense of unity, renewal, and inner harmony.

Contraindications of Breathwork
Breathwork has contraindications because of its strong activation of the nervous system and gland (endocrine system) and intense physical and emotional experience. With some health conditions, we need to be attentive when practicing breathwork. However, with other health conditions, it is better not to get into the practice before your conditions have improved.
To be on the safe side, always let your facilitator know of your health conditions and the medication you are taking so she can be more mindful of your physiological and mental state and give you better support during your journey!
