AUTUMN EQUINOX: A SACRED PAUSE
A nourishing evening of Tulsi tea ritual, yin yoga and sacred sound

As the wheel turns and we arrive at the Autumn Equinox — the moment of balance between light and dark — we’re invited to pause, reflect, and root ourselves in what truly matters. This is a potent seasonal threshold: a time to honour your personal harvest, let go of what no longer serves, and prepare for the descent into the quiet richness of the darker months. Join me for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and the natural rhythms of the Earth. Together, we’ll create space for both gratitude and release through a unique combination of sacred practices:

🌿 Tulsi Tea Ritual
We begin with a heart-centred tea ritual using Tulsi (Holy Basil) — a sacred adaptogen known in Ayurveda as “The Queen of Herbs.” Tulsi is celebrated not only for its powerful physical benefits (supporting the immune system, calming the nerves, and reducing inflammation), but also for its spiritual qualities. Traditionally used to protect and purify the energy field, Tulsi invites deep presence and connection to the heart. As we sip this warming herbal infusion, we’ll enter into intentional stillness — setting the tone for inner alignment and gentle reflection.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Yin Yoga for the Seasonal Shift
From this grounded place, you’ll be guided through a nurturing yin yoga practice. Designed to meet you exactly where you are, this slow and spacious sequence targets the deeper fascia and energetic meridians associated with release and restoration. Held poses will encourage physical and emotional softening, helping you to gently open to change, deepen your breath, and recalibrate your inner world as nature does the same. No experience is necessary — this is a deeply inclusive and intuitive practice.

🎶 Crystal Bowl & Gong Sound Journey
To complete the evening, we’ll drop into a powerful sound bath experience using alchemical crystal singing bowls and a resonant gong. These instruments create rich layers of frequency that interact with the body on a cellular level — shifting brainwaves into meditative states, supporting energetic realignment, and soothing the nervous system. The sound journey offers a space to receive, to let go, and to remember your connection to something greater. Many find these experiences profoundly calming, opening, and even visionary.
