With a PGCE, a BA & MA in Contemporary Fine Art, and a background as an art and photography teacher, Sara blends creativity, reflection, and structure with mystical practice. This fusion allows her sessions to feel both safe and expansive, inviting participants to reconnect with their inner wisdom while exploring states of deep rest, resonance, and renewal. She has worked extensively in residential rehab, mental health services, and with clients navigating trauma, ADHD, and addiction. These experiences have given her a profound understanding of the body as a vessel of healing — a living bridge between nervous system regulation and the unseen energies that shape us. Alongside community classes and retreats, Sara also delivers staff wellbeing and CPD training, weaving together education, embodiment, and the sacred.
