Reclaim & Rebirth
As we move through the post-Samhain, pre-Solstice threshold — that sacred in-between where the veils are thin and new light is quietly stirring — we’re invited to remember our own radiance.
This gentle solar-infused workshop takes inspiration from my recent Egyptian pilgrimage — a journey to awaken your inner sun, reclaim your light, and rise renewed. Through breath, movement, sound, and Blue Lotus ceremony, we’ll soften old layers and return to the truth of who we are: luminous, grounded, and whole.
✴ What to Expect:
Journaling prompts to uncover what’s ready to be reclaimed and released
A Blue Lotus ceremony, opening the gateways of intuition, remembrance, and renewal
Solar breathwork to awaken vitality and reconnect with your inner radiance
Gentle movement and mudrā practice to ground the body and channel light through the spine
A sound journey with gong and intuitive voice — from deep earth resonance to shimmering overtones
A small, sacred group space to rest, restore, and rise — held in warmth, safety, and presence
✴ Why Blue Lotus?
Blue Lotus, sacred flower of Egypt, symbolises rebirth and divine illumination — the rising of light from the depths. Used since ancient times for ceremony and dreamwork, it supports:
Awakening of higher awareness and intuitive insight
Opening of the heart and crown chakras
Easing tension in body and mind, inviting natural bliss
A sense of peaceful expansion and connection to the sacred
In this ritual, Blue Lotus becomes your ally of remembrance — helping you reclaim the gold within your own being.
✴ This is for you if:
You sense it’s time to shed an old skin and step into renewed power
You’re seeking reconnection with your inner light and sacred purpose
You’re ready for stillness, sound, and ceremony to work their quiet magic
You long to feel both grounded and luminous as the year begins to turn
