A simple, supportive introduction to meditation—designed to help you understand what’s actually happening when you sit down to practise.

Across 9 short sessions (around 15 minutes each), we explore three core pillars of meditation: the body, the breath, and the mind.

We begin with the body—learning how to arrive, settle, and feel where we are. From there, we move into the breath, noticing its natural rhythm and how it can support regulation and ease. Finally, we explore the mind, gently observing thoughts and learning how to return without judgement.

This course isn’t about clearing the mind or getting it “right.” It’s about building awareness, one layer at a time.
