This workshop is an invitation to slow down and come back into the body — to reconnect with the places within you that hold truth, resonance, expression, and inner clarity.

Through ceremonial cacao, conscious breathwork, gentle yoga, and Himalayan singing bowls, we will explore the throat of your energetic system. We’ll move gradually and intentionally, working with the physical body, the nervous system, and the subtle energy field — creating the conditions for regulation, presence, and authentic expression.

You’ll be guided into the throat chakra (Vishuddha) through its traditional tools and expressions: sound and vibration, mudrā, mantra, and goddess wisdom — including Śākinī, guardian of expression, truth, and vibrational clarity. These are offered not as ideas to analyse, but as practices to experience and inhabit. This is about sensing how truth moves in your body, how your voice carries energy, and how your system shifts when expression is allowed to flow cleanly and without force.

This is not about performance or perfection. It is about alignment — the meeting point between inner experience and outer expression. When this centre is balanced, your words land clearly, your silence feels honest, and your sound becomes a bridge between worlds. Expect a spacious and resonant afternoon — balancing reflection with expression, subtle listening with courageous sounding, and depth with lightness.

Why Cacao?

Cacao is an earth medicine — steadying, nourishing, and gently heart-opening while keeping you present in the body. Traditionally used to support connection and clarity, cacao can help with:

• Softening internal tension so expression feels safer
• Calming the nervous system so the voice can emerge without force
• Creating warmth and coherence between heart and throat
• Supporting honest, embodied communication

In this ritual, cacao acts as a relational ally — helping you arrive, soften, and speak from a place that feels centred and true.

This is for you if:

You feel blocked, unheard, or unsure how to express what’s inside
• You overthink your words or hold back your voice
• You want to explore sound, mantra, and vibration in a safe, grounded way
• You’re curious about subtle energy practices that cultivate authentic expression rather than performance
