'The last gong bath was very relaxing and would highly recommend this. Since attending your gong baths I feel that it has really helped me feel more relaxed and they have elevated my mood.'

‘Very grateful for a space where I could release a lot of emotion that I haven't felt able to for a very long time. Ready to make positive time for myself and connect with others.’
What's the difference between a Sound Bath and a Gong Bath?
Whilst both offer a deeply restorative experience, they each have their own unique quality.
A Sound Bath is more yin in nature. Using instruments such as Quartz crystal singing bowls, scared drum, Himalayan singing bowls and voice, it creates a gentle, nurturing space that encourages relaxation, reflection and stillness.
A Gong Bath carries more yang energy. The rich, powerful vibrations of the gongs work more dynamically with the body and nervous system, helping to quieten a busy mind, release tension and create a profound sense of spaciousness.
Neither is better than the other; they simply offer different experiences. Sometimes we need the softness of yin, and sometimes we need the transformative power of yang.

The Sound Therapy Facilitator Diploma is an immersive, in-person training rooted in nervous-system regulation and embodied listening. Designed for those wishing to work with sound professionally — or integrate it into an existing practice — the course supports deep personal attunement alongside clear, ethical facilitation skills.
