A 3 hour immersive  journey of Matcha, Breath, Stillness & Sound

Step into a space of deep presence, where you can ground, nourish, and expand. This sacred ceremony invites you to root into the moment, clear the mind, and rise with clarity and intention. Through mindful ritual, breath, gentle yoga and sound, you will awaken a sense of balance, connection, and renewal.

Book in here

Matcha has been used for centuries in spiritual practice, particularly in Zen Buddhism, where monks drank it to support meditation and maintain a state of calm focus. The Japanese tea ceremony, rooted in mindfulness and simplicity, treats matcha as more than just a drink—it is a ritual that fosters presence, intention, and connection. Its effects are both grounding and energising, helping to centre the body while sharpening the mind. In a ceremonial setting, matcha encourages stillness, awareness, and a deeper connection to the present moment.

Please note that I normally use almond milk and maple syrup to make the matcha, please let me know when booking if you have any allergies.
